TEACHING AT INTERNATIONAL INTERFAITH GOSPEL MUSIC CONFERENCE
I'm excited to be included on the faculty of the International Interfaith Gospel Music Conference being held in Oakland, CA April 27-19, 2017. I'll be teaching vocal health and technique to singers from all over the world. Here's the summary of the sessions:Vocal Health and Technique

New Music Business Class at CSULA
I'm teaching Intro to the Business of Music at California State University Los Angeles Spring 2014 Quarter. It is a fast-paced exciting class about the new music business, focusing on opportunities for music artists, songwriters, composers, and musicians. I am excited to share what I have learned to empower others to pursue their dreams and live artistically.
Teaching voice in the USC School of Theater Arts
I am excited to be teaching a voice class at USC the Fall semester 2013. I am working with a group of elite BFA actors in USC's School of Dramatic Arts. Today was our first day of class, and I look forward to working with them on singing technique, developing their range, power, and tone, and coaching them on performance and preparing songs for audition.
Contemporary Commercial Music Institute
Getting ready for the Contemporary Commercial Music Vocal Pedagogy Institute at Shenandoah Conservatory next week! I'm going to get my level three certification in Somatic Voicework. Excited to continue my studies and to bring this knowledge into my teaching studio!
Album Update
Patricia's new full-length CD is almost done! This month, Patricia has been recording children's choirs for her reggae song, "Be the Change" inspired by Gandhi, and featuring the guitar work of Ziggy Marley's guitarist, Takeshi Akimoto. She has recorded two groups of children and now is in the process of mixing the recordings into the track. This uplifting and fun sing-along song is destined to be the theme song for schools, non-profits and people who want to make the world a better place. Stay tuned for its release in 2013!

Patricia Bahia in the Studio
Patricia is back in the studio this summer, recording the follow-up CD to her well-received "Long Road Home" EP. The writing, arranging and recording process is going well, and Patricia has been doing a series of concerts sharing the new material and getting audience feedback to help her decide which ones to record.
